Enjoy a summer afternoon swimming in Lake Michigan. Lay out, swim, or just enjoy a leisurely lunch. Fun for everybody! You can hang out in the Playpen or, for a quieter, child-friendly experience, we can anchor off Montrose Beach.

Fireworks Cruise
Watch fireworks over the City of Chicago from the lake. Available Wednesday and Saturday nights.
Wednesdays: 8:00-10:00pm (fireworks at 9:30pm)
Saturdays: 9:00-11:00pm (fireworks at 10:15pm)

Chicago River Cruise
The Chicago River Cruise takes you south from Montrose Harbor and through the Chicago River Locks*. Passing through the main branch of the Chicago River, you will see Chicago’s stunning architecture like never before, passing by The Trump Tower, Marina City, and Merchandise Mart. We will head South, past the Willis Tower and Lyric Opera all the way to Chinatown, before heading North.
This is an amazing way to see the city. Makes a great treat for friends and relatives from out of town.

*All passengers must wear a life vest when transiting the locks, per US Coast Guard regulations.
Coastline Cruise
The Chicago Coastline Cruise takes you south from Montrose Harbor, past Lincoln Park and Navy Pier. Continuing South, we get a close view of Grant Park and Buckingham Fountain, the Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, Soldier Field, Northerly Island and McCormick Place. We continue on past 31st Street Harbor and to the Museum of Science and Industry, before turning around and heading back.
You will see stunning views of the Chicago Skyline and can take amazing photographs only available from a lake view.
This is an amazing way to see the city. Makes a great treat for friends and relatives from out of town.

Sunrise Cruise
Anyone can do a sunset cruise. To truly enjoy the majesty of Lake Michigan, come to the lake before dawn and watch the sun rise.
We leave Montrose harbor ½ hour before dawn and go a few miles into the lake to watch the sun rise, then circle back slowly once the sun is up. The entire cruise is 2 hours long.
This cruise is offered on Saturday and Sunday mornings only.
